This $25,000 award is paid directly to the college of adults (24+) who have not received the traditional KC Scholars award and do not have a bachelor’s degree. The scholar may be enrolled either part-time or full-time. The 2026 application is closed but will re-open November 4, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. through December 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
